In the summer of 2023, Bettina and Jørgen opened Højslet
Café Bølgen Blå in Lendrup together with their 3 children, Martin, Mathias and Mathilde. The café will help to create the framework for the cozy community and environment that exists in Lendrup. Bølgen Blå offers a delicious selection of ice cream, coffee, soda , delicacies, beer, wine and spirits as well as various grocery items.

In the café we have an inviting corner of various delicacies and crafts that fit right in with the summer house. If you are visiting Lendrup and have forgotten the host gift, stop by the café and put together your very own gift basket. It can be in the form of our own series "Hav&Fjord", which offers gin, rum, port wine and beer or some of the many delicious spices from Hr. Skov or Vestjyske delikatesser. In addition to the many delicious delicacies, the café also has a good selection of beautiful and unique crafts products.
